Purchase Agreement

William Dickson Industries, Inc. and Dickson Bulk Services, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage to plants, shrubs, grass, or property as a direct result of installation of mulch or mushroom manure products. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all problems that arise from the sale or use of these products.

Deliveries: The buyer grants permission for William Dickson Industries, Inc. and Dickson Bulk Services, Inc. to drive onto private property from the curb in, onto driveway/road surfaces, and/or grass/yard, and understands that the delivery vehicle may drop oil, grease, dirt, or other debris onto these surfaces.

The buyer indemnifies and holds harmless William Dickson Industries, Inc. and Dickson Bulk Services, Inc., its officers, agents and employees, from and against all cost, liability, loss, damage or expenditure of whatever kind.

The buyer hereby further agrees to assume, at their own expense, the defense of any of the aforesaid losses, damages, or claims, or of any action or actions based thereon.
